    Principal & Managing Director

    Ari Nemetz

    Ari is the Principal & Managing Director of NJS Capital. He is responsible for sourcing and structuring the portfolio acquisitions, financings, and dispositions, in addition to being responsible for the overall management and strategy of the firm.

    Prior to founding NJS, Ari was the asset manager for a third-generation owner/manager of commercial properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University.

    VP, Investments

    J.P. Hudon

    J.P. is the Vice President of Investments at NJS Capital. His responsibilities include investment due diligence and capital analysis, as well as investor fundraising, reporting, and marketing.

    Prior to joining NJS, J.P. spent three years at Foremost Financial raising capital from high-net worth individuals for private debt investments. J.P. is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University where he earned a BBA with a specialization in Finance and Economics.

    VP, Asset Management

    Rafi Younger

    Rafi is the Vice President of Asset Management at NJS Capital. He is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the company’s portfolio. This includes overseeing the residential and commercial leasing, monitoring property performance, and implementing strategies to maximize asset value.

    Rafi has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry - both in London, England and here in Toronto. He has a First Class Honours Masters Degree in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University, London, England.

  • Rebecca Khodak

    Controller

    Rebecca Khodak

    Rebecca is the Controller at NJS Capital. Her responsibilities include managing the firm’s daily accounting operations, coordinating financial statements, and consolidating the financial data necessary for accurate reporting.

    Rebecca graduated from Ryerson University where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce. Rebecca has successfully completed the CFE and is currently a CPA Candidate.
